What is the difference between the 0844, 0800 and 0207 access
numbers?
The 0800 access number is free to call from a landline
telephone.
The 0207 access is a local/ national landline number. This will also be free to call if you have free minutes to landlines in an inclusive home or mobile phone package.
The 0844 access is a non geographic number, which will be charged at 2p per minute from a landline.
What
are your customer services hours?
Our customer services are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are
phoning outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will return
your call within 1 working day (excluding Christmas Day)

How do I find out how much I have left on my card?
Everytime you dial an access number and enter your 11 digit pin, you will be told how much money you have left.
Can I call countries other than Poland?
You can call anywhere in the UK and anywhere in the world. For call costs Click Here .
Can I use my card to call the UK from Poland?
You can call from Poland to the UK by dialling 00800 111 4294. There is however a 75p per minute surcharge for this service.
Are there connection, daily maintenance and termination charges?
There are no daily maintenance or termination charges using the Polskie Rozmowy phonecard. Although there are no connection charges when calling from the 0844 access number, there is a 5p per minute connection for 0207 access and a 10p per minute connection charge for 0800 access.
Can I use my phonecard from a payphone?
To call from a payphone, dial the 0207 943 7777 access number. There is a 20p per minute surcharge for using a payphone.
Do I need to dial ## to make each call?
You only need to dial ## to make a follow on call. You do not need to dial ## to make a single call..
