Making a call and call costs

There are three ways of making a call:

1. by dialling 0844 979 6800
2. by dialling 0207 943 7777
3. by dialling 0800 018 4352

When you dial one of these access numbers, you will be prompted to enter your pin. You then need to dial the 11 digit PIN number from the back of your phone card.

You will be told the amount of credit you have left on your card and prompted to dial the number you wish to call. Dial the phone number including the full international dialling code. A warning beep will sound when you are reaching the end of your credit.

NB the 0800 access number is a freephone number (from a landline), the cost of the other access numbers vary according to your service provider.

Topping up

You can now top up your phonecard with a credit or debit card. After you enter your phonecard number number, press 8 and follow the instructions.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Remember to keep card or account details in a safe place and keep a note of the PIN number.
If your card is lost or stolen or you suspect someone other than yourself is using the card, call Customer Services on 0800 376 8477 immediately as all calls made using the card are your responsibility.
